Giuliano Giuliani is an Italian artist born and based in Rome in 1969 march 28th. Artistically self-taught, he began working in the field of comics magazines of the United States, but soon the passion for painting has totally captivated him.
His early works are purely modern and cubist. Picasso and Juan Gris were the models of his early paintings. Then He discovered the figurative art and the study of the Pre-Raphaelites, primarily Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
Currently Giuliani is a prolific oil and acrylic painter, well known for his colorful feminine figures and portraitures.
Despite a personal hatred of labels and categorization, many describe his later work as Gustav Klimt style, due to innate ability to capture the female figures as a transient icon, exposed in brief moment of time.
By utilizing his materials and the changing effects of light and colors, Giuliani’s artistic talents have taken him on extraordinary assignments across the globe.
