My work can usually be found somewhere between POP, Rock and a Hard Place. I am interested in and influenced by Pop Art, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Humour, Colour, eyeballs, skulls, Street Art, movies and wood – in no particular order.
What is Obilex? The name originated from a super-hero comic I had tried to make in 4th or 5th grade. Horribly drawn characters, zero plot and zero punch-line. All concept art. I trashed the comic idea, but the name has stuck with me through the years.
